You can have the world’s greatest fucking product but if you are not getting clients then you can kiss your business goodbye.
A OKAYISH PRODUCT WITH GOOD MARKETING WILL SELL MORE THAN A GOOD PRODUCT WITH CRAPPY MARKETING.
Yes the above applies even when you are selling the best available shit out there.
So today we will take a look at how I find customers/clients for my bussiness. Keep in mind as usual I am only discussing what is possible and doable.
Real world advice works for better than any cock and bull idiocy fabricated by an armchair expert.
So let’s start.
- Always be on the hunt. As a bodybuilding supplement dealer I am known by my mates for making cold approaches to guys I deem will use/resell my stuff. Approaching random people on the streets/trains/airports is nothing new for me. Sounds crazy but fuck it. I have atleast 6-7 people who I approached out of the blue and they are purchasing stuff from me from last 3_4 years.
- Find out exactly what your guy wants. This one I see a lot of people fuck up. Some guys want exceptional quality some want okayish quality but lower rates. It’s upto you what to sell to your client. It’s a fine line that one a bit tricky but quite easy when you get the hand of it. At times you get people who gives a rat’s ass about price and just want the best goods there are and at times you will have people who are on a budget and you have carefully give them a good product based on their budget so that they are satisfied and will come back
- Advertise but don’t be a pushy salesperson. You ever got calls from those freaking credit card companies etc. Nonstop bombardment of how their card is the best etc. This is stupidity especially as many people will run away from such people. I would personally rather not buy even if I needed something from a pushy salesperson. It’s just something that I do and there are plenty like me. Keep that in mind the next time you are calling the person for more than 2_3times per week.
- Finally, its always a numbers game. No matte what you do how you do it’s always a numbers game. Usual hit ratio in my field is around 10-15%. That means if a approach 100guys I will be able to sell to 10-15 guys. So if I am getting that hit ratio then I don’t worry.
That’s what are my few tips for getting clients.
Lastly you just need to come up with a decent product and then pitch it. There is a huge market out there. Never call it quits
